We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover for your online purchases. Our technology is designed to provide you with the highest security possible. If payment by credit card is not your preferred method, please call us and we can organize for you to pay by check or money order.
If your order is being shipped within Texas, sales tax of 8.25% is added automatically during the check out process.
We aim to have products in stock and ready to ship when you order. Some of our items however are hand or custom made, artisan products and quantities may be limited. If a product is unavailable, we will provide you with the date that we expect to ship that product. If the expected ship date is unacceptable, please contact our customer service on 512-320-0449, Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm Central Time and together we can work on finding you an alternative product.
Guarantee & Return
All sales are final. If your item is defective please contact us within 5 days of purchase so we may arrange for repair or replacement from the manufacturer where available. Opened personal care products cannot be returned.
Bedding Return Policy
Federal law prevents the sale of returned bedding products, including pillows, mattresses, toppers and sheets. Because we cannot resell bedding, we have a no returns policy on bedding. The only exception with this policy would be in the unlikely event of a manufacturer's defect. In that case, the manufacturer will decide whether they will repair or replace an item.
To return an item to us for replacement or refund, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 512-320-0449 Monday-Saturday, 10am-4pm Central Time. We will issue you a return authorization number. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization number. All returned merchandise must be in mint condition and in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging. Returned items should be repackaged securely in an outer carton and must include a copy of your invoice, a note describing the problem and your Return Authorization number. You will be responsible for all shipping charges unless the return is due to our shipping error or the product is damaged or defective. Gift returns will be credited with a gift certificate.

Please make sure your package is insured and prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. We assume no responsibility for a package until received at our store and recommend you use a traceable method of return such as UPS or FedEx. Please allow one billing cycle for a credit card refund to appear on your statement.

In addition, Wildflower Organics, Inc. will not be bound to any prices posted in error or responsible for discontinued or unavailable items or typographical errors.
